Zoals de naam al zegt, ISIS is de mytische godin van de hemel en natuur! Met een hoogte tussen de 5 en 10 meter en een breedte tussen de 2 en 3 meter is de ISIS de ideale laanboom voor in de iets wat kleinere tuin. De jonge scheuten zijn iets meer geler dan bij de normale kobus. Haar bladkleur is bronzig van kleur in het begin en verkleurt naar helder groen gedurende het seizoen. De bloemen van de ISIS komen gedurende de 3de – 4de levensjaar in de plant. De mooie roomwitte bloemen hebben 6 bloemblaadjes, de meeldraden zijn in het begin roze en verkleuren door naar crème wit.
