Heuchera americana ‘Frozy Panky’ – A new colour statement in the Heuchera range

Within the already wide and diverse Heuchera range, Heuchera americana ‘Frozy Panky’ stands out convincingly. This new selection is notable for its unusual leaf colour, which is unique and has not been seen before in the existing colour palette of the Heuchera genus. With its colourful appearance, this selection is a wonderful addition to the Panky series, which already includes Heuchera Pinky Panty and Heuchera Snowy Panky. All this makes ‘Frozy Panky’ an ideal plant for growers and garden enthusiasts looking for distinctive foliage plants with high ornamental value, even without flowers.

This cultivar originated from a mutation and was selected in the Denis-Plants laboratory. It comes from the genetics of Diederik Scheys (Happy Youchera, La Pulle in Torcé-Viviers, France, and Charnie). The introduction of this new Heuchera is planned for 2026. The application for plant breeders’ rights is currently being processed.
