In principle, any grower may offer products for sale via GROEN-Direkt. However, there will not always be a demand for more supplies of all product groups. And certain terms and conditions apply:

Every seller will receive the details needed to log into Groen-Direkt’s online management environment. Log in via www.groen-direkt.nl.
What will my participation in Groen-Direkt cost?
For every sample layer you offer for sale you will be charged a fixed sum on a graduated scale that will depend on the number of offered sample batches, irrespective of the number ultimately sold. You must also pay a percentage of the turnover realised via Groen-Direkt to us, to cover all the costs involved in the fair-related, logistic and financial operations.
We charge a fixed sum for a stand at our Product Promotion Plaza (PPP).
Please contact us to find out the exact costs. At the end of the year frequent exhibitors will be rewarded with a refund of a percentage of up to 10% of all the participation costs.
Who determines the selling prices?
You yourself determine the selling prices of your products. Your selling prices must include the margin you are required to pay Groen-Direkt after the sale of your products.
When will I be paid?
GROEN-Direkt will pay its suppliers within 60 days. Growers can optionally be paid within 14 days with a 2% discount for prompt payment. The supplier will receive a consignment invoice for every payment.
What if I sell more than I have in stock?
You specify the quantities available for sale before the fair. We will never sell more than the specified quantities. Our suppliers are always responsible for supplying the sold number of plants of the promised quality at the specified time. You will have a delivery obligation!
May I sell products directly at the Product Promotion Plaza?
At the PPP you will make direct contact with hundreds of buyers. You can come to agreements with them on such matters as customised labelling, delivery times, etc. You are free to supply such orders directly, without owing Groen-Direkt any margins. But many buyers will ask for Groen-Direkt to arrange the logistic and administrative handling of their order.
