In principle, every grower can offer products through GROEN-Direkt. However, there is not always a need for more supply of all product groups. In addition, various terms and conditions apply. Constant high quality

The quality requirements set by GROEN-Direkt and the end customers are high. Every grower must be able to offer consistent, high-quality samples. The products ultimately delivered must be of exactly the same quality as the samples shown. The quality of your samples is also the quality of your deliveries.

Continuous supply

GROEN-Direkt has a strong preference for long relationships with regular suppliers who offer a constant supply throughout the season. Exceptions are of course (suppliers of) seasonal products.

Fast delivery

Every supplier must be able to deliver the order to Boskoop within 20 hours of a product being requested.

For each sample layer you offer, you pay a fixed amount, this amount is tiered depending on the number of sample batches offered; regardless of the final sales. In addition, you pay a percentage of the sales you realise through GROEN-Direkt to GROEN-Direkt. This covers all the costs for the fair and the further logistical and financial handling.

Please contact GROEN-Direkt for the exact amount of the costs. Frequent participants are rewarded at the end of the year with a percentage refund on all participation costs, which can be up to 12 per cent.

You determine the selling prices of your products. These sales prices include the margin that you afterwards pay to GROEN-Direkt.

GROEN-Direkt pays its suppliers within 60 days. In return for a 2% payment discount, the grower will be paid within 7 days. The supplier will receive a consignment invoice for the payment.

You specify your saleable stock in advance. We will never sell more than this number. The grower is at all times responsible for timely delivery of the number of plants sold against the quality offered. You have a duty to deliver!

Weekly Schedule

Tuesday – Wednesday – Thursday
From 12.00 on Tuesday, you can enter your new trade fair range via your portal. You can do this until 10.00 on Thursday.

Thursday
At 12.00 on Thursday, you will receive our confirmation of your participation. You can check this and submit any corrections by 15.00 on Thursday.

You can download sample delivery cards from your portal from Thursday at 12.00.

Friday morningVrijdagochtend levert u uw monsterpartij(en) voor 12.00 uur bij ons aan. This is then inspected by us, photographed and placed at the fair and in the webshop.

Vrijdag
The new range will be available on Friday afternoon/evening; the online shop will go live at around 5.00 pm!

Weekend
You may receive call-off orders over the weekend. Keep a close eye on your sales and stock levels.

Monday and Tuesday
On Monday (7.00 am – 5.00 pm) and Tuesday morning (7.00 am – 11.00 am), the market is also open to customers who wish to see, feel and examine the garden plants for themselves. Your listings will remain available online for the rest of the week.

Sales will be reported to you daily at 12.00 and 17.00.

Even before this statement was drawn up, GROEN-Direkt always handled the personal data of its business relations with care. This statement doesn’t change that beyond the fact that a few aspects are better streamlined in detail.

The surfing behaviour of every visitor to the GROEN-Direkt site is recorded and linked to the IP address. With this, GROEN-Direkt tries to optimize the operation of the site. Your visit to the GROEN-Direkt website is secured with an SSL certificate. The surfing behaviour of visitors who log in with a user name and a password is recorded and linked to the user name.

Your Personal Data

If GROEN-Direkt collects and records personal data from you, it will only do so from existing and potential business relations. The purpose of recording these data is to enable business transactions to be carried out and to inform (potential) business relations. GROEN-Direkt frequently informs active relations and periodically informs inactive and potential relations.
Of course, GROEN-Direkt has recorded more data on its employees. Every employee is personally aware of the GROEN-Direkt Privacy Policy on this point and this policy also meets the legal requirements.
Newsletters are sent via Mailchimp. Company name, contact person and email address are automatically stored in Mailchimp.
Your personal data will be further recorded in the GROEN-Direkt database. This database is protected by a password linked to a user. Users are employees of GROEN-Direkt or persons hired on behalf of GROEN-Direkt. The database is protected from external access by security software with recent updates.

Should GROEN-Direkt share personal data with third parties, it will be for the purpose as set out in this statement. We do not share more data than necessary with third parties and we have a Processing Agreement from them. Otherwise, your personal data will not be made available or sold to third parties.
You have the right to inspect your personal data, you can have your personal data adjusted and deleted provided this is not in violation of applicable laws and regulations.
